With it’s blend of fruits and a hit of tartness, this smoothie is the perfect solution to those hot and humid days, and it’s good for you too!
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen strawberries
½ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
¼ cup orange juice
Directions:
- Slice up the banana and measure out the strawberries and blueberries.
- Place fruits into Ziploc bags and put them in the freezer for 4-5 hours or until frozen.
- Put all ingredients into a blender, or food processor, and blend until smooth
